COMPANY BACKGROUND
TMP commenced the manufacturing of geosynthetic products in 1998 at its original plant located in Taian City, China. Following the worldwide success of its range of punched-and-drawn biaxial geogrids, the decision was made to establish the company’s first overseas manufacturing facility outside of China. Following consultations with local public officials, a site in the Northern Atlanta Suburbs was identified as an ideal location to cater for TMP’s current needs and future expansion plans.
The new plant commenced full production in September 2017 and is already supplying biaxial geogrid products to projects located across the whole of the United States.
QUALITY CONTROL
The machine used to manufacture the Company’s range of biaxial geogrid products is brand new and is built from components mostly sourced in the United States and Western Europe.
During the last 20 years, TMP has established itself as one of the world’s leading geosynthetics manufacturers and has built its reputation on a commitment to provide high-quality products and efficient services for its global clients.
Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) procedures are carried out regularly to ensure the finished products meet or exceed the company’s published specifications.
